We read the ENTIRE list and select the FIRST occurance of each year.

We list the DISTINCT years, each in a one-button FORM.
You click a year to select it.

For a selected year we then count the PAGE ONE records to show how many unique issues are in that year.

The year buttons are recursive. That is, they come back to this form.

When we get to our selected year, we count the PAGE ONE for all issues in that year.
We will then follow this list with all of those PAGE ONEs and allow the Kindle Codes to be updates for the entire year.
